How much does shipping cost?

Nothing! We provide premium shipping with tracking at no additional cost.

How long is shipping?

Production usually takes 2 business days (maximum of 5).

Once the item ships, the delivery times are as follows:

• United States: 2-5 transit days

• Canada: 3-7 transit days

• Europe: 4-8 transit days

• Rest of the world: 6-10 transit days

You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order is shipped.

Customer Care

If you are not happy with your purchase, we are always here to help. You can exchange or get a full refund 30 calendar days from the day you received your item for any unopened and unused items. Buyer will be responsible for return shipping when the product is not defective.

30 Day Return Policy

We have a strong 30 day return policy. You may return your items within 30 days of receiving your products as long as they were NOT used and remain in original packaging. Please note buyer will be responsible to pay for return shipping.

After 30 days had passed after receiving your item we will NOT offer refunds under any circumstances. If you are unhappy for any reason, please contact us at help@topshop7.com and let us know. We want to make sure our customers are happy.

Damaged Product

We will refund or replace ANY damaged product no questions asked. Please send an email to

help@topshop7.com within 30 days upon receiving the item. After 30 days we will NOT be able to refund any items.

Replacement

In the event where the product received comes with manufacturing defects, buyers are entitled to request for a reimbursement or replacement within 30 days of receiving the item. Buyers may be required to provide photographic evidence of the product’s manufacturing defects to help@topshop7.com. If the case is deemed valid, TopShop7 will cover related costs to reimburse.
